When you boot up in windows 7, you may get an error as below:

RoxWatchTray12Oem.exe-System Error The program can’t start because LayoutDll12Oem.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

Cause

You are receiving this error because the Environment System Path was changed by a previous installation. It changed the path from

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;
%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Shared;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\OEM\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\OEM\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\OEM\12.0\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio\OEM\AudioCore\

Solution 1: Edit the system path

Right-Click on Computer in Start window or on your Desktop and choose Properites. In the properties dialog choose Advanced system settings and on the Advanced tab click the Environment Variables button. This dialog will list all the environment variables and the Path should be listed in the bottom window. Select it and click the Edit button.

You may want to formulate your new path in notepad because the edit window isn’t very big. You can merge my path statement on the previous post with the remnant of yours, if you don’t have your original path; it is for a new installation of Windows 7 Home operating system.

Solution 2: Remove Roxio from your computer.

Click start button, control panel
Click add and remove programmes
Find roxio and click remove

Solution 3: Remove registry errors from your computer.

It is recommended that you download a registry cleaner to help eliminate the registry errors from your computer. It will also clean other system errors and programme misfunction, which will greatly reduce system errors and improve your system performance and speed.
