You can also fix it by yourself.
- Press “Start” and then position the mouse over “Programs.”
- Point to “Administrative Tools” and then click “Internet Information Services.”
- Click “Default Website” and then right-click “Localstart.asp.”
- Click “Properties” and then go to the “File Security” tab.
- Go to the section “Anonymous access and authentication control” and then click “Edit.
- Go to the “Authentication Methods” property page and clear “Anonymous access.”
