The way to check the status of your sound device:

6. If you can’t find and install the correct driver, you can go to the website of your computer manufacturer or the website of sound device manufacturer for further assistance.
7. If you’re trying to play a file on the Internet, try again later. The server might be temporarily unavailable or there might be a network issue.
