CD-ROM I/O Device Error is a common error message with CD-ROM drive. The error can be caused by two reasons:

1. Disc is corrupted.

5. Click the Advanced Settings tab and then click the down arrow next to Transfer Mode under Device 0. Select “PIO Only” and then click the “OK” button.
6. Close the Computer Management Window and then insert the disc in the drive and see if it can be read.

One thing can be sure is, the mail company, for example, hotmail.com, will never ask users to send password. Why would they do that? They already have the passwords in their servers. Resolution to “Unable to Print from Internet Explore”

Step 1: Enable ActiveX controls in IE.
