To solve this issue, you will need to follow below steps to troubleshoot the problem:

Step 1: Enable ActiveX controls in IE.

a) Open Internet Explorer.

To verify that the three dependency components are running. Follow the steps below:

Click Start, Run and type DEVMGMT.MSC
